By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

GuideMeet is a technology platform that connects travelers with local guides.
GuideMeet is:

GuideMeet does not organize, manage, or supervise trips.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:

You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
3. High-Risk Activities Disclaimer
Off-road travel, remote expeditions, and outdoor activities are inherently dangerous.
Risks include, but are not limited to:

Physical injury or death
•
Isolation and lack of emergency support
•
By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept all risks.
4. No Verification
GuideMeet:

Does NOT verify identities
•
Does NOT verify licenses
•
Does NOT verify insurance
•
Does NOT guarantee accuracy of any information
•
All information is user-generated and unverified.
5. No Responsibility
GuideMeet is not responsible for:

Misconduct by users or guides
•
Inaccurate or misleading information
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
GuideMeet shall have ZERO liability.
You agree that GuideMeet is not liable for any damages of any kind.
7. Assumption of Risk
You explicitly agree that:

You participate in activities at your own risk
•
You are responsible for evaluating risks
•
You waive any claims against GuideMeet
8. Legal Compliance
You agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws
•
Not use the Service for illegal activities
•
GuideMeet is not responsible for how users choose to act.
9. Guides and Agencies
Guides and agencies:

Are NOT employees or partners of GuideMeet
•
Operate entirely at their own responsibility
10. Content
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant GuideMeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

your content within the Service.
11. Moderation
GuideMeet may:
•
Suspend or terminate accounts
•
at any time, without notice or explanation.
12. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
You waive:
•
The right to go to court
•
The right to participate in class actions
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
15. Acceptance
You must accept these Terms via checkbox to use the Service.
