Your data: access, correction, deletion
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, or have it deleted. This page explains how. Most things you can also do yourself from your profile.
Do it yourself first

Name, photo, bio, vehicles, countries, languages, services: edit them in your profile at any time.

Language and notification preferences: in the app settings.
·
Deleting your account: see the Delete account page.
What you can ask us
·
Access: whether we hold data about you, and which.
·
A copy: an export of your data in a common format.
·
Correction: fixing something you cannot edit yourself.
·
Deletion: of your account and personal data, within the limits below.
·
Objection: stopping a specific use of your data, for example analytics.
·
Withdrawing consent for cookies: use "Cookie settings" in the footer, no request needed.
How to ask
Email legal@guidemeet.it from the address linked to your account, with "Privacy request" in the subject and what you are asking for.
If you write from another address we will ask you to confirm from the account address: it is the only way we have to know it is you. We will never ask for your password.
Timing
We answer within 30 days. If a request is complex we may take longer, and we will tell you.
What we may keep

Records we must keep by law.
·
Security and abuse logs.
·
Reports and moderation records tied to an open case.
·
Reviews and messages other people wrote about you or to you: they are theirs too.
·
Backups, until they are overwritten in the normal cycle.
If you disagree
Reply to our answer within 14 days saying why. Someone else reviews it.
You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country. For Italy, that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
