We are Ababa Uganda Safaris, a Uganda-based safari company with a passion for exploring Africa and sharing its remarkable stories with travellers from around the world.
Our adventures take us into the wild, from the open savannahs of Queen Elizabeth National Park to the ancient forests of Bwindi and Kibale, where mountain gorillas and chimpanzees offer extraordinary encounters with nature. We love the thrill of a game drive, the anticipation of a forest trek, the peaceful beauty of Uganda's lakes, and the energy of the River Nile in Jinja.
But some of our favourite travel moments happen away from the wildlife, too. They happen around a shared meal, during a conversation with a local guide, along a quiet village road, or when an unexpected stop becomes the highlight of the day.
For us, adventure is not always about going farther or doing something extreme. Sometimes, it is about slowing down, being curious, and allowing a place to surprise you.
We believe Africa is best experienced with an open mind, a sense of wonder, and a willingness to connect with the people and places that make each destination unique. That is why we value journeys that feel personal, celebrate local cultures, and respect the natural world.
